    • I would not recommend this business
    • Came to the house
    • Poor customer service and lack of concern regarding the needs of their customers. Inadequate skill

I called them in the morning and we schedule a time between 1-1:30 pm he did not arrive until after 2 pm. He again told me of the $65 charge after which he worked on my computer about 10-15 minutes ran a program which he said was free and that after completion of this program my internet would be up and working. He did not wait the extra 10-15 minutes he just left and asked for the fee of $65. After the 10-15 minutes were up a pop up came on the screen the same pop up that had prevented usage of the Internet and the computer before the $65 charge. He called and I told him regarding the same issue he than told me that if I paid an additional $149 he could fix the problem. DO NOT PATRONIZE this company he became angry on the phone and did not once say he would try to fix the problem unless an additional $149 was paid. The person who came to my place was the owner of the company so this is as good as it gets!

    Customer Testimonials

My laptop fan was acting up, and Scott did an amazing job replacing it. He was highly responsive to my emails and answered every question I had politely and thoughtfully. When I couldn’t find the fan I needed, he looked it up for me and sent me links for different purchase options -- WONDERFUL customer service! I was able to make an appointment right away, and I picked up my laptop within two hours of dropping it off. His prices were more than reasonable, as he only charged me $60 when I was quoted as much as $120 at other businesses. My laptop is now completely silent and has no issues whatsoever. Scott was incredibly kind and helpful, and I cannot recommend him enough. I will tell all of my family and friends to go to Geeks in Phoenix for any of their computer repair needs. Thank you, Scott!

Scott has always solved my problems and is very patient with me. He is quick and never overcharges. He always knows what to do and never keeps me waiting. He will always be my "go-to" guy.

I've taken my PC desktop and laptop to Scott on a few occasions, and he always does a great job, with a quick turnaround time, and reasonable prices. Keep up the good work, man!
